Rules Governing Enrollment

Clear, transparent policies for students and parents.

Lalit Tutorials (LT) reserves the right to modify, update, or withdraw any program, schedule, scholarship, or offer without prior notice.
The information in this brochure is accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of printing; however, LT shall not be held responsible for any inadvertent errors or subsequent changes.
Enrollment at LT implies acceptance of all terms and conditions mentioned herein.

The results published are 100% authentic, verified, and pertain only to students who were fully enrolled in LT programs.
Any ranks, marks, or selections mentioned are as per official exam scorecards provided by students.
Past results are indicative of our consistent efforts but do not guarantee future success, as performance depends on individual student effort and external exam conditions.

Scholarships offered via LTSE, FEST, or any internal tests are conditional and subject to verification of documents and exam scores.
LT reserves the right to alter scholarship percentages, criteria, and conditions at any time.
No scholarships are applicable to the registration fee or any non-tuition charges.
Scholarships are applicable only for the session they are awarded and cannot be transferred or carried forward.

Admission is confirmed only upon receipt of full registration fee and completion of all required formalities.
All fees (registration, tuition, hostel, library, etc.) are non-refundable under any circumstances, except where explicitly stated.
Fee payment plans, if offered, must be strictly adhered to; late payments may lead to penalties or cancellation of admission.
LT is not responsible for any third-party finance arrangements made by parents/students.

LT follows a strict academic schedule with defined teaching modules, tests, and doubt sessions.
Faculty allocation, lecture timings, and subject sequencing are determined by the Academic Head and may be changed without prior notice for academic reasons.
Students are expected to attend all lectures, doubt sessions, and tests to maximize learning outcomes.
LT shall not be held responsible if a student fails to utilize available resources such as the library, recorded lectures, or doubt sessions.

All study material provided (printed or digital) is proprietary to LT and intended solely for enrolled students.
Unauthorized reproduction, sharing, or commercial use of material is strictly prohibited and may attract legal action.

LT provides hostel facilities only as an optional service, and students must adhere to all hostel rules and regulations.
LT is not liable for any personal belongings lost, theft, or damage occurring in the hostel.
Mobile phones, unauthorized devices, and prohibited items are strictly banned in the hostel premises.
Any damage to property will result in deduction from the security deposit and possible disciplinary action.
The hostel services like laundry, mess, and other amenities are as per contract and may involve third-party vendors; LT is not responsible for disputes with such vendors.

LT provides academic and career counselling as a supportive service but final decisions rest with the student/parent.
Mentorship sessions are advisory in nature; outcomes may vary based on individual efforts.

Regular attendance is mandatory for all classes, tests, and doubt sessions.
Any form of misbehavior, academic dishonesty, or violation of rules may lead to suspension or expulsion without refund.
Students and parents must maintain respectful communication with staff at all times.

LT prepares students for NEET, JEE, and other exams with industry-standard methodology, but does not guarantee admission to any college.
The number of tests, mock drills, and simulations may vary depending on the batch and academic requirements.

LT reserves the right to use student names, photographs, testimonials, and success stories for promotional purposes.
By enrolling, students/parents consent to this usage unless they submit a written objection at the time of admission.

LT shall not be responsible for any unforeseen circumstances like changes in exam patterns, government regulations, or force majeure events.
LT is not liable for any injury, accident, or mishap occurring outside its controlled premises.

All disputes, if any, shall fall under the jurisdiction of Akola, Maharashtra courts only.
